Our policy to provide quality service, in order to build a total customer satisfaction and our objectives to achieve this policy are to:

The warranty for all our sold items are THREE (3) Years for standard Customer Care and FIVE (5) Years for Customer Care Plus. Please contact us for further help on upgrade your warranty from three (3) years to Five (5) years. Please note that a one time upgrade charge could be charged based on different locations.

Warranty: During the warranty period, if there is ANY problem of our products quality (fully operated followed our manual), we will offer a complete NEW system for replacement.

Guarantee: All our sold items could be repaired at our service point for LIFETIME.
